In today’s crazy world, stillness is an art! Most of us are overstimulated, bamboozled with distractions, noise and endless digital chatter that can leaves us feeling depleted and disconnected.

Rest is medicine!

Starting with gentle, mindful yin postures that encourage you to slow down and disconnect from the relentless pace of everyday life, inviting you to tune into your body and discover a space of deep relaxation.

As the practice deepens, we will transition into a guided Yoga Nidra/meditation. With soft guidance, you’ll be led into a state of relaxation where you can come back to yourself.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of deep relaxation while maintaining a thread of conscious awareness. It’s often described as “yogic sleep,” where you systematically release physical, mental, and emotional tension, inviting a profound sense of calm and clarity.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes to gently stretch and target the body’s deep connective tissues. It encourages stillness and introspection, allowing for physical and emotional release.

Community Guidelines

  • Purchases are valid for this date only and can’t be carried over to future classes.

  • Cancellations less that 24 hours before the class are non refundable.

  • I know life gets busy - but if you can no long make it, please remember to cancel in advance so that I can offer your spot to somebody else. As a small business I rely on full classes to keep running smoothly.

  • The Studio is nestled in Bishopswood, about 15 minutes outside of Ross on Wye. The Postcode is HR9 5RA. If you’re new, please contact me for directions and allow extra time to get here as there is not much signal out here in the sticks! Watch out for the big potholes.

  • You can park on the grass verge outside of the Cottage. Please be mindful to leave space for others and leave the road unobstructed. You can also park on either of the drives if there is space.

    • Your mat. There are mats already laid out for you, so if you don’t have your own, no need to worry. However I do recommend bringing your own for extra padding.

    • Blanket, cushions & extra layers for Savasanah (optional, but recommended)

  • Please aim to arrive 5-10 before the class starts so that we can settle in and start together.
