A soul soothing Sunday Slow down
Soak in the magic of the old Oak tree, earth holding you, fresh air in the lungs. We’ll use slow flowing movement to prep the body for a deeply nourishing but simple meditation listening to the sounds of the birds, the wind in the trees, crystal bowls and instruments.
A chance to ground and be held by the elements.
No yoga experience needed.

Booking Policy
Payment is valid for this event only and can’t be carried over to future events. Bookings are final and no refunds will be available for cancellations.
Finding us
The Nook is nestled in Bishopswood, about 15/20 minutes outside of Ross on Wye. The Postcode is HR9 5RA. If you’re new, please contact me for directions and allow extra time to get here as there is not much signal out here in the sticks! Watch out for the big potholes.
Parking
You can park on the grass verge outside of the Cottage. Please be mindful to leave space for others and leave the road unobstructed. You can also park on either of the drives if there is space.
What to bring
Your mat. There are mats already laid out for you, so if you don’t have your own, no need to worry.
Blanket, cushions & extra layers/socks for Savasanah

Please aim to arrive 5-10 before the event starts so that we can settle in and start together.
