Candlelight Yoga Nidra & Crystal Bowls
Sunday 1st December 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Where? The Yoga Room, Bishopswood, HR9 5RA. Please contact me for directions.
Join us for candle light Yoga Nidra & crystal bowl sound healing.
As the seasons change and we move into the cooler, quieter days of autumn, this Yoga Nidra practice invites us to slow down and drop into deep rest.
But beyond rest, and all the other physical benefits that Yoga Nidra is known for - from a yogic perspective the practice is a doorway to to the true self or 'atman'.
Helping to connect to the subconscious mind, where limiting beliefs and old patterns are stored.
Through intention setting or 'Sankalpa' there is opportunity to plant new seeds for growth and healing.
In the warm glow of candlelight, we will start with some gentle movement, but there's no downward dogs in this one.
Bring as many cushions and blankets as you need, as we will be spending some time in savasanah, as we go on a guided journey through the subtle layers of the body.
The soothing sounds of the crystal bowls, will complete the practice, bringing us back to the body with a renewed sense of calm and presence.
Spaces are limited. Reserve your spot here:
